Age suitability
Updated 2026-10-18
togly.mn is one app. Most of the games suit every age. The 18+ section is locked inside the app and opens only once someone confirms their age on that phone.
For everyone
Riddles, proverbs, tongue twisters, shagai, Heads Up and most of the card games. Made for families, cousins and friends playing together.
For teens and up
Some cards ask about first crushes, first dates, white lies to parents or skipping class. They’re part of the all-ages section, so with younger kids, keep a grown-up in the game.
For adults
Never Have I Ever, King’s Cup, Couples, Share or Sip and the After dark 18+ deck. Spicier questions and optional drinking games. They open only on a phone that has passed the age check.
How the 18+ section is locked
- The first time an 18+ game, deck or room link is opened, the app asks for a date of birth and a confirmation of being 18 or over.
- A date under 18 blocks another try on that phone for 24 hours.
- Settings → Drinks → Spicy deck PIN keeps a passed-around phone out of the 18+ decks. The PIN is asked again every time the app is reopened.
- “Lock the spicy decks now” closes the 18+ section on the spot.
- A forgotten PIN can only be cleared with the date of birth given at the age check. Three wrong tries lock it for an hour.
Playing in a room
- Rooms are all-ages by default. An 18+ room’s link looks like togly.mn/x/…, and it asks everyone who joins whether they’re 18 or over.
- 18+ games such as King’s Cup are offered only in 18+ rooms. An all-ages room never deals an 18+ card.
- Only people who have the code can join. Names and typed text go through a word filter, and the host can remove anyone.
Drinking
- Nobody has to drink. Every drinking card has a no-alcohol alternative.
- Settings → Drinks → No-alcohol mode turns every drinking penalty into its alternative task.
- Penalties are counted in sips, never shots, and nothing rewards drinking more.
- Be sensible, and never drive after drinking.
For parents
- Before handing the phone to kids, check that the 18+ section hasn’t been opened on it, or that a PIN is set.
- There are no accounts, nothing is collected from children, and there are no ads.
- If a card feels wrong, tap the flag on it to report it. We read every report and fix the card.
The app’s rating on the App Store and Google Play accounts for the 18+ section, so it reads higher than most of the games.
